These general terms and conditions apply to the transactions related to the items from the range of our www.vinteria.be webshop.
2.1 By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions and confirms that he is aware of the terms and conditions of sale.

The range of the Vinteria webshop shall apply as long as stocks last and can be changed at any time.
3.1 All images on the website/webshop are for illustration purposes. They may contain elements that are not included in the price or present differences when compared to the appearance of the item.
3.2 The information provided is always compiled with the greatest care and attention whatever the format. It is, however, possible that the information provided is incomplete or not up to date. Interim amendments in terms of prices and products are possible at all times.

Solito bvba reserves the right to refuse orders in the following cases:
Solito bvba will at no time be liable for force majeure situations or any other cause outside its will (war, strike, lock-out, breakdown, theft, fire, logistical problems with carriers and third parties, etc.) which could mean that Solito bvba is not able to meet its obligations or not in good time, although it will always attempt to make every effort to implement the agreement, with a delay if necessary, without any possibility of its being liable for damages.
All prices specified on the Vinteria website exclude VAT and delivery and insurance charges, unless specifically stated on the website.
The specified prices may change at any time. If an order is placed, the price applicable to this Internet sale is the price applied at the time of the order.
Special offers and deals shall apply as long as stocks last and as long as they are included on the website.
If a price should change, you are entitled to cancel the placed order free of charge.
The buyer or recipient is liable for any owed turnover tax or import duties that may apply in the country of destination.
The customer can only pay for orders through a bank transfer made in advance or pay cash at pick-up.
6.1 The items shall be delivered by a specified parcel delivery service.
6.2 Contact Solito bvba for information about the insurance related to your order and the related charges for this. You can take out standard insurance or fully comprehensive insurance.
6.3 Contact Solito bvba for information about delivery dates. Solito bvba can never be held liable for any damage as a result of the delivery date being exceeded.
The items shall continue to be the property of Solito bvba until full payment has taken place. The risk due to loss or damage shall be transferred to the customer as from the moment the items are in the customer’s possession and/or upon delivery by the parcel delivery service.
If the purchased items are being picked up, the customer must present his confirmation email.
If an ordered item is not in stock, the customer shall be informed by email.
Items are kept available for fourteen days at most for the customer.
If the customer does not pick up his items within fourteen days after placing the order, the order shall be cancelled.
The customer has the right to inform Solito bvba that he renounces the purchase without incurring a penalty and without having to specify a reason within fourteen calendar days as from the day following the order.
Older wines (older than ten years) shall be regarded as perishable products. The right of renunciation shall not apply within this context.
This right also does not apply, on the basis of the above rule, when the wines are picked up, shipped or handed over.
Every visible damage of the items or other shortcomings during the pick-up or delivery must be reported immediately to Solito bvba subject to forfeiture of all rights.
10.1 The buyer can also reach us by telephone or email regarding complaints related to the order.
The customer accepts electronic proofs (emails and backups).
It is impossible to give any form of guarantee with regard to the quality of the wine, the quality of the cork and cork taint with regard to older and exclusive wines.
All our terms and conditions of sale are governed by Belgian law and any dispute must be submitted to the courts of the Arrondissement of Dendermonde.
Solito bvba does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of eighteen. With your order and registration, you declare that you are responsible and older than eighteen.
